Akshay is from Netarde, Sawantwadi. He is 22 years old. He passed XII th class examination through Maharashtra Board and thought of doing some job oriented course as his dream was to start his own business. One of his friends suggested to do air conditioning and refrigeration course in Keerti Vidyalaya Private Industrial Training Institute, Siolim. He took admission for the refrigeration & air conditioning course. He answered the exam conducted by Human Resource Development Foundation in the month of July 2019. Now he and his friend have their own workshop in Banda, Maharashtra on partnership basis. He is very happy as his dreams have come true and he is very much thankful to his teachers for encouraging and guiding him during his training period.
