My name is Amina. I decided to join Hotel Management course in Indo German Private ITI, Marna, Siolim. When I joined I found that only two girls are studying in our class. But the boys were very friendly and I completed my course. People normally think hotel line is meant for boys only. I proved it wrong. I specialised in production section. I completed the course in the year 2017 and passed my examination. Soon I was appointed in Neelam Da Grande, Calangute as cook. I like to cook all Indian and Western dishes and also try to add my own experiments. I am grateful to all my teachers for their guidance and for building up confidence in me.
