Mandar lives at Korgao, Pernem. He lost his parents when he was very small. He has two sisters. Manisha his elder sister was 17 years, he was 14 years and younger sister Manila was only 10 years. Fortunately for these children ISEAF managed to get sponsors Mrs. Dr. Anne Arnold, Mrs. Annette Berger, Mrs. Petra Bosse, Mrs. Renate Eckelmann and they were paid not only for education but also for their food!!! Manisha completed her post-graduation and is presently working as quality control executive of Glenmark Pharmaceutical Company. Mandar after completing XII th class joined Industrial Training Institute and completed a course in computers called Computer operator & programming assistant (COPA). Later he joined college and completed graduation in commerce. He worked for one year for Sandu, a pharmaceutical company at Pilerne Industrial estate. He attended a three months short term course on E.D.P. (Electronic Data Process) at Institute of Technology, Dadar, Mumbai. Soon he was appointed as phonemic Intelligence Instructor by Tripura Foundation in their branch at Dona Paula, Goa. In the afternoon he is free and during this time he repairs Laptops at his residence. He wants to start an official workshop as he is having lot of customers now. He is extremely grateful to ISEAF and all his sponsors for helping him and his sisters.
