My name is Robert Rebello and my father is a mason but he only got work occasionally. So the financial condition of our family was not stable. After finishing the XIIth, I did my food & beverage service course in Holy Cross Indo German Techno Centre, Marna, Siolim. Side by side, I was doing a part-time job in a resort along with my studies. After passing my exam, I began working in the Sonesta Inn’s resort, Candolim as a trainee steward and after six months of the service I was promoted as a Steward. I was also awarded with the best employee of the month. My teachers made me capable to stand on my own to support my studies as well as my family. Now I can support my younger sister for her studies and this feeling makes me prouder and happier. Thank you very much ISEAF for building up my confidence level and making me financially independent.
