I’m Sanjay from Ozarim, Pernem. I had passed the XIIth class from Dr. Ambedkar Higher Secondary School and was wondering what to do. My friends suggested to go for a Hotel Management course. I joined the Holy Cross Indo German Techno Centre, Marna which has all the facilities like kitchen, bakery section, restaurant etc. The classes were conducted regularly and lot of practical work was done. Presently I am working as Trainee cook in Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, Sinquerim. I thank the Institute and the staff.
