My name is Sankita. I live at Rivona, Sanguem. From childhood it was my ambition to become a teacher. But when I grew up I came to know that my parents are struggling financially to support my education. My father is a carpenter and his job is not regular. Whenever somebody calls he goes for work. Our school principal told us about Indian Students Educational Aid Foundation which helps poor students like me. I applied for the assistance and was selected. I got 2 very good sponsors Mrs. Karin Koetsch & Mr. Rolf Peter. I completed my graduation in arts and joined diploma in education course. I passed with good marks in this course and am presently working for Saraswati Prarthamik Marathi Vidyalaya, Savordem as a teacher.
