My name is Savalaram and I live at Ashvem, Mandrem. I come from a poor family. When I failed in Xth class I was very disappointed so were my parents. However one of my teachers told me about Bhumika Technical Institute, Palye and about the Plumbing trade there. As far as I am concerned a job is important for me. Soon I joined the course in the month of July 2009 and I passed the examination conducted by HRDF, Govt. of Goa. Soon I started working with the contractor and after gaining sufficient experience I started my own work and appointed some helpers. Now I am a full-fledged plumbing contractor. It is very nice to work independently and I am very happy that I get jobs from different places. I am very grateful to my teacher for guiding and helping me to build my career.
